Welcome to 50 Plus Black Women. Thank you for being here.

Female founded and led; it is a lifestyle conversational blog created purposely to specifically cater to this age group.

Its mission is simple – To cater to me and you the reader, we after all share the common bond of ethnicity, culture and maturity. To pay tribute to the, diverse, resilient, compassionate women that we are.

To journey together unapologetically, becoming ourselves as we pursue what matters at this stage of our life. Develop a sisterhood community to share stories, experiences, and humour, to be open and frank, even to bitch, as if talking to a girlfriend. Provide good, insightful, inspirational, original articles on relationships, mind, body, menopause, retirement, fashion, beauty, interviews with real women and articles about the beautiful island of Tobago.

Scroll through the site, see what takes your fancy and join the conversation. Look forward to hearing from you on the Comments Page.
